The 13 Galactic advisers left the planet last night. They have given instructions to an individual whom is now in charge of releasing the RV. This person is not a public figure nor will they become one in the future. Very few know who this person is.
The intention to release the RV before Christmas still remains (ideally before midnight EST on Christmas Eve).
Some History About the RV:
Started off as a cabal scam orchestrated by Bush to make profits from the Iraqi Dinar.
It was shortly turned around by the Alliance.
The GCR was created and tied in with the RV.
It was then discovered that other currencies would revalue with ZIM being the most recent discovery.
It evolved overtime from a simple investment to becoming a part of the major transitional event.
It also resulted in an influx of future humanitarians.
It will be the kickstarter to Nova Earth prior to the arrival of GESARA.
