A. Oct. 30 2016 11:22 pm EST Situation Report Veritas: “Response to ZimJim” – Guest Post by Veritas

1. Fact: Still watching my friend who had a Tier 1 transaction, spend money.

2. Fact: Tier 3 complete to the stage of final disbursement to individuals. Consider it staged and ready to release.

3. Fact: Just received notice that 800 registration number should release tonight Oct. 30 2016.

4. Fact: Admiral’s Group told payouts prep process very smooth; very soon for disbursement to individuals for spending.

5. Speculation: Shotgun approaching. Disbursements to all remaining Tier 1, 2, and 3 being released at the same time. That time also hits with the 800 registration number release and the Admiral’s Group disbursement. ALL AT ONCE.

6. Speculation: Carefully controlled political activities. Orchestrated release of announcements through news media. Well planned implementation of least public upset accomplishing NESARA whether called NESARA or not.

7. Speculation: NESARA being coordinated with GESARA and other world-wide events of similar type and importance.

8. I assure you that there is an urgency to get this done, but to get it done while creating a permanent, safe and productive environment for these funds to be spent in.

9. I trust the New Republic and those outstanding military commanders who are implementing and creating plans.

10. I trust the White Dragon Family to stand behind this until our new gold-backed currency is out and public implementation of NESARA achieved.

B. Oct. 30 2016 RV Intel Update: “Finish” – RV Intel Update – October 30, 2016

1. Proceed today with great certainty in RV performance this weekend.

2. The RV release has been authorized and prepared for the first banking week of November 2016 for many years earlier.

3. This after 15 years (post 9/11/01) of undaunted preparation and implementation phases by both Chinese and European Sovereign Families, to counter the very serious Zionistic threat forming from a united but highly secretive common enemy.

4. The RV was initially released in the first banking week of October 2016 which starts all 2017 government fiscal first quarters.

5. The new Powers That Be then used all of October to monitor their new financial system in day-to-day global transactions.

6. This included post RV revalued currency movement and secondary investments. This why global markets are stagnant. All of these “test transactions” were conducted on a “back-of-house” computing screen that goes unseen by the public and includes public UN Operational & FOREX rate screens.

7. We know all tests have been concluded with all T1 (government), T2 (sovereign), T3 (private) transactions complete.

8. T4 (public) transactions have been reviewed and finalized, settled and are now prepared for disbursal, including hand delivers via carriers.

9. Final release times vary, but the reality of an immanent RV release in early November (banking week 1) does not.

We know the RV must feel like an 800 pound gorilla sitting atop your heart everyday, all day, but because it’s the financial panacea for the world, the world collectively must wait together for warranted altruistic reasons. In a brief blink of Akua’s benevolent eye humanity’s fiscal suffering shall meet its permanent end and scarcity of monetary resources will become nothing more than a faint, distant memory. C. Oct. 30 2016 10:28 pm EST ZAP: “The Power of One” – ZAP – The Office of POOFness – 10.30.16

1. This coming week is going to be very busy with this release.

2. It has been an exhausting week with the formal end of the several decade old agreement.

3. The matrix funds were released a few days ago. They are now being prepared for distribution and usage.

4. An article by a senior analyst inside the FBI:

A. The Department of Justice is most likely looking to save itself. Don’t be consumed with Hillary’s private server. Find everyone involved in the Clinton Foundation, from its donors to its Board of Directors, and imagine they are all implicated. The ENTIRE Government is involved. My opinion is the entire government is guilty of treason.

B. There already is enough to indict. FBI Director Comey has been trying to stall because he does not want to face the Clinton Machine, as well as the rest of Washington D.C. But this case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests.

C. Foreign Powers Have some of the Documents, Trump has some of the Documents; Russia Will Probably Leak All Info they Have. Foreign powers are in possession of some of the documents we have analyzed, because they were hacked from the Clinton server.
Trump has some files as well and likely plans to leak them and use them to his advantage soon.

D. The leaks will have to be made in a non-transparent fashion. If we recommend, we literally hand over documentation implying the entire government is involved in treason at the highest levels and everyone is about to duck and cover, as well as some sensitive details of Special Access Programs which would obliterate national security.

E. I am not sure, but some of my war strategy buddies are estimating a high probability that Russia will leak all of the info they have to the world, since Clinton wants to go to war with them and they have no desire to be in conflict with the U.S.

F. If we do not recommend, it will look like a cover-up and Trump will use the perception to bolster his message. I did work in PsyOps once, and Trump’s use of confirmation bias is legendary. I do not know of Trump’s record, but from the case he definitely knew to limit his exposure and make it only look like a donation.

G. We have our hands tied. Do not get distracted by Clinton’s e-mails. Focus on the (Clinton) Foundation. All of the nightmarish truth is there. The e-mails will pale in comparison.

H. A Multitude of Scandals. Saudi Arabia visits and donates to the Clinton Foundation. Russian Uranium fiasco. Hillary and the Israel lobby, the Council on Foreign Relations. AIPAC. The list is endless.

I. We have three Choices, and they could crash everything:

1. Turn over all of the information to the Department of Justice, make public a recommendation, the truth comes out, the entire world realizes how much the U.S. is meddling in foreign affairs and we go to war, the civilian population realizes how much foreign money influences our government, and a civil war begins.

2. Cherry-pick the data to implicate the people already in the eye of public opinion, so the chips fall on the heads of a select few and the whole system does not crash.

3. Do nothing and watch the unstable political climate gauge how you will respond.

J. I am confident if Trump wins Hillary will be going to jail. Hillary sold Safe Access Programs to Overseas “Donors”. Hillary had Safe Access Programs and she did not have proper authority to have them. They were leaked to her by someone, and she did sell them to overseas donors. Possessing them alone makes her guilty of treason.

K. Obama is loosely tied to the Clinton Foundation, but much more tied in with the same people who donate to the Clinton Foundation.

L. Those included Russian borders, Ukraine, everywhere NATO is, the South China Sea, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Africa.

M. George Soros is at the heart of all of this.
