I saw a video of a nurse turned patient advocate (I will try to find it) who is now helping people whose family members are sequestered in hospitals with doctors telling them it does not matter what they want that they (the doctor) will do what they want!!!
In that video, this woman said you have to contact the hospital and let them know you are in the process of getting an attorney and you ARE preparing to file a suit against them for medical kidnapping.
She said when they hear that language they will release the person.
