You have seen many Movies ass Star Trek where this technology has been shown. But the Agarthans are very very advanced in their Technology, and will not hesitate to use this to their advantage.
So the process is to extract all those the AGARTHANS now , that needs to be processed during their judgement of what they have done. THEY will teleport them all to hold facility on their ships, so they can be processed.
Also the JINNS (DEMONS) also will be extracted to be processed.
